Partner with Recovery United

A network built on trust

Every day, families in crisis search for recovery programs they can trust. They're overwhelmed, scared, and often unsure how to evaluate what they're looking at. Many have already been burned by overpromising programs. They don't need more options at that point — they need a trusted guide to point them in the right direction.

That's what Recovery United does. And when the right family comes to us, we need the right program to send them to.

What partnership means to us

Recovery United is a free, donor-funded referral service with no financial relationship with the programs we recommend. We don't accept referral fees or membership fees, and we don't fill beds for revenue.

When we refer a family to your program, it's because we've vetted your work, we trust your approach, and we believe you're the right fit for that specific person.

This also means the families who arrive at your door are pre-qualified, mission-aligned, and ready to take the next step.

Who we partner with

We are intentionally selective. The families who come to us have placed significant trust in our guidance, often at the most vulnerable moment of their lives. That trust shapes who we choose to partner with. We look for programs that demonstrate:

  • A genuine commitment to the long-term recovery of each individual
  • Ethical, transparent practices and professional standards of care
  • Compassionate, respectful treatment of clients and their families
  • A culture focused on healing, accountability, and personal growth

Treatment approaches vary across our network. What doesn't vary is the shared commitment to helping people find lasting freedom from addiction.

Interested in partnering with us?

If your organization is interested in joining the Recovery United network, the first step is completing our program assessment form.

This assessment gives our team the opportunity to learn about your program — your approach to recovery, the services you provide, and the standards you operate under. It is not simply an administrative exercise; it helps us determine whether your program aligns with the values and level of care we expect for the people we serve.

How It Works

  1. Submit the program assessment. Tell us about your program, your approach, and your standards.
  2. Initial review. Our team reviews your submission for alignment with our mission and values.
  3. Let's talk. We'll set up a call to learn more about your work, leadership, and approach to long-term recovery.
  4. Reference & verification. If your organization is a fit, we'll confirm licensure, accreditations, and references.
  5. Welcome to the network! Approved partners are introduced to our placement team and added to our referral network.

A shared mission of service

Recovery United is grateful for the organizations across the country doing meaningful work to help people reclaim their lives. If your program shares that commitment, we welcome the opportunity to learn more about you.

Together, we can help more individuals and families find the path to recovery.
