Our role is to help individuals and families understand their recovery treatment options and connect with the right programs — think of us as a trusted, free navigator for the recovery process.

Yes, completely. We are 100% donor-funded, which means our guidance costs nothing to the families we serve. We also never accept referral fees from treatment programs, so our recommendations are always based exclusively on what’s right for your situation.

We respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, most within 24 hours. But we are not a crisis center or hotline. If you’re experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or 988.
